Both teams had opportunities to score in the second overtime period as a shot by Laura Gonzales (Mt. Bethel, Pa./Bangor) in the 105^th minute hit the post. Just three minutes later, a shot by LVC's Erin McGarvey hit the crossbar with under two minutes to play.  

           
The Lady Colonels (3-4-1) out-shot Lebanon Valley 13-8 and had four more shots on goal. Lebanon Valley had just two shots on goal the entire game. 

           
"We played hard for each other after the first 20 minutes or so. The effort put us in a position to win and I was pleased with our ball movement at times. We will work on the discipline in our style but we made progress today," head coach John Sumoski said. 

           
The Lady Colonels will be back in action Sunday when they head to Riverdale, N.Y. to take on NYU at 10 a.m.
