BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Megan Clementson (Frederick, MD/Tuscarora) tapped in a pass from
Taryn Hallowell (Belvidere, NJ/Belvidere) at the 72nd minute to lift the Lady Colonels to a 2-1 road win over Moravian. Hallowell was impressive in the game as she finished with a goal and an assist in the win.
Hallowell opened the scoring 10 seconds before halftime as she rifled in a shot from 12 yards out for her third goal of the season. Wilkes was able to get five shots off in the first half and Hallowell made her only shot of the game count.
Moravian would tie the game at the 69 minute mark when Alessandra Valdetara scored from 10 yards out for her first goal of the season.
Three minutes later Hallowell crossed the ball after a corner kick where Clementson was there for the game-winner. Wilkes improved to 3-2 on the year and snapped a two-game losing skid for the Lady Colonels
