SCRANTON – Dakkota Deem (Montgomery , Montgomery) and Alex Makos (Mansfield , Mansfield), a pair of freshmen, won the flight B doubles final over a team from Scranton at the men's tennis Scranton Invitational.

Deem and Makos defeated the Royals' Joe Morra and Mike Pannone 8-6 in championship after two wins on Saturday afternoon.

Evan Katz (Ellicott City, MD, Centennial) and Jeremy Nolt (Bloomsburg, Central Columbia), participating in the flight A doubles finals, fell to Tim McGurrin and David Teres of Scranton 8-4.

The Colonels return to the court next Sunday when the play in Allentown at a tournament at Muhlenberg College.
