WILKES-BARRE – Wilkes University football standout defensive lineman Cohen Creswell (Winchester, VA/Millbrook) has been named to the 2025 D3football.com All-Region 2 Third Team as announced by the website Wednesday afternoon.
 
This marks the fourth consecutive season that Wilkes has had an All-Region selection, and the first under head coach David Biever.
 
Creswell shined in his sophomore season, earning his first career All-Landmark selection on the First Team. The Winchester, Va. native led the Landmark in tackles-for-loss (19.5) and sacks (8) and placed eighth in total tackles (72). He also led the Colonels with five quarterback hurries and four forced fumbles, with four pass breakups which finished third on the team.
 
Creswell was also a one-time Landmark Defensive Athlete of the Week this season.
 
The teams, selected in balloting by Region 2 sports information directors and D3football.com staff, were chosen from 240 nominations by full Division III member schools. A total of 79 players were chosen. Players nominated for All-Region are eligible to be considered for D3football.com All-America honors, which will be announced Monday, Dec. 22, 2025.
