Wilkes Women's Volleyball Picked Ninth in Landmark Preseason Coaches' Poll
TOWSON, MD – The Wilkes University women's volleyball team was selected ninth in the 2025 Landmark Conference Preseason Coaches' poll as announced by the conference office Monday afternoon.
Last season the Colonels finished 5-21 overall and 1-8 in Landmark Conference play. Head Coach

Three-time Reigning National Champion Juniata College secured its 17
th straight Landmark Conference title last season and was again unanimously selected to win the league in 2025 with 91 points. The University of Scranton followed in second place with 73 points while Elizabethtown College finished in the third spot with 59 points. Catholic University garnered 58 points for fourth place while Susquehanna University (53 points), Drew University (39 points) and Moravian University (36 points) were selected fifth through seventh respectively.
Lycoming College notched 25 points for eighth place in the poll followed by Wilkes at ninth with 16 points and Goucher College in tenth with 10 points.
Wilkes opens the 2025 campaign hosting a tri-match with Rutgers-Newark and St. Joseph's Brooklyn on Saturday, August 30 starting at 10:00 a.m. Landmark play begins Friday, October 3 with a trip to Maryland and a match at Goucher College.
