Wilkes Men's Volleyball Releases 2027 Schedule

WILKES-BARRE – The Wilkes University men's volleyball team has released its schedule for the upcoming 2027 season on Monday as the Colonels prepare to release the schedules for the spring sports season.

The 2027 season will be the first time the Landmark Conference will have men's volleyball, which the Colonels will join after being members of the Continental Volleyball Conference for the past two seasons.

Wilkes also brings in a new coach in former Colonel Zach Shay. Shay had a decorated career at Wilkes, being the Colonels' all-time assists leader with 2,442 in 95 games. Shay also serves as the women's volleyball coach, and currently has the Colonels at 13–8 in his first season, including 8–0 at the Marts Center. Shay replaces former head coach Joseph Czopek, who served as the team's coach since the program's inception in 2017.
