EDWARDSVILLE – Otarhe Okoh (Shakopee, MN/Shakopee) claimed the No. 2 singles title to lead the Wilkes University men's tennis team at the King's Tournament on Sunday afternoon.
 
Okoh bested Ryan Hart of Muhlenberg College 7-6 (3), 4-6, 10-5 in the finals to capture the championship.
 
Wilkes saw four other singles players finish in second place losing in the finals in straight sets including Cole Riley (Louisville, KY/Xavier), Landon Gleichauf (Naples, NY/Naples), Luke Meissner (Eldersburg, MD/Liberty) and Thomas Farnsworth (Granby, CT/Granby Memorial).
 
All three Colonel doubles teams also fell in the finals to Muhlenberg pairs.
 
Wilkes returns to the court Saturday when the Colonels travel up I81 for a match at Marywood University at 1:00 p.m.
