SCRANTON – Alyssa Koncelik (East Islip, N.Y./East Islip) scored with less than two minutes into the overtime period to lift the Lady Colonels to a 1-0 win over Scranton. The victory marks the third in overtime and pushed Wilkes to 8-0 overall this season.   

           
Koncelick's goal came from a cross from the left side by Brittany Sines (Afton, N.Y./Afton Central), who picked up her second assist of the year. Koncelik now has a team-high eight goals and has scored in five straight games.

           
Freshman goalkeeper Lindsey Davenport (Dallas, Pa./Dallas) recorded her fifth shutout of the season by saving four shots, including two shots in front of the cage on a penalty corner in the first half. 

           
The Lady Colonels had 12 total shots, eight of which were on goal, while the Royals had just four shots on goal. 

           
Wilkes will remain on the road Saturday when it heads to DeSales for the Freedom Conference opener at noon.
