PHILADELPHIA – The men's cross country team finished in 16th out of 25 teams, while the women finished 11th out of 20 teams this past Saturday in Philadelphia. Michelle Wakeley (Endicott, N.Y., Union-Endicott) was the top runner on the day, finishing 3rd out of 172 runners.

For the men, Austin Loukas (Windham, Maine, Windham) finished in 61st place with a 33:20.05, while Michael Wintermute (Tunkhannock, Pa., Tunkhannock) ran a 35:21.05 for 92nd place in the 8k. Wakeley was the top runner for the women, running a 21:34.20 for third place, while Olivia Waszkiewicz (Sauquoit, N.Y., Sauquoit) ran a 24:57.42 for 66th place in the 5k.
