AT A GLANCE
The Colonels, winners of five straight and six of seven, return home to host cross-town rival King's College on Saturday at the Marts Center. This will be the first meeting of the season between the two, as WU will look to avenge last season's 77-56 home loss to the Monarchs. The Colonels are coming off a 12-point win at Eastern on Wednesday while King's gave Delaware Valley its first loss of the season in Wilkes-Barre.

LAST TIME OUT
Sr. G Chris DeRojas (Dallas/Bishop O'Reilly) went for 20 points, one of four Colonels to reach double-figures, as WU defeated Eastern 67-55 in St. David's on Wednesday night.

After seven lead changes and seven ties during the first half, the score was knotted at 31-apiece going into the locker room. The Colonels opened on a 9-2 run but Eastern responded with six straight points to cut its deficit to 40-39 with 15:02 remaining. After trading baskets for the next 12-plus minutes, WU got on top by six and converted its foul shots down the stretch on the way to its fifth straight win.

Jr. C Kendall Hinze (Lewisberry, PA/Red Land) scored 16 points and grabbed 6 boards while Jr. F Paul Huch (Tuckerton, NJ/Pinelands Regional) dropped in 12 points and added 8 rebounds. Jr. G Matt Mullins (Binghamton, NY/Chenango Valley) chipped in 15 points for the Colonels.

THE CENTURY MARK
Already hitting the 1,000-point mark as a junior, Sr. G Chris DeRojas (Dallas/Bishop O'Reilly) currently sits 12 points outside the WU top 10 with 1,315 career points. He went for 23 points against Marywood and totaled 43 in the Wilkes-Barre Challenge, including 25 against Curry. DeRojas scored a season-high 26 points against Baptist Bible back in December and is averaging 20.3 ppg over the last seven contests.

DeRojas has a career average of 14.9 ppg with 24 20-point games and 4 30-point games, including a career-high of 37 points last year at Lycoming and two seasons ago against Alvernia. His 17.2 ppg this year is 4th in the conference.
