Steve Finkernagel Tyler Sutton finished 55th with a time of 29:45 in the MAC Championship race WILKES MEN’S CROSS COUNTRY FINISHES 9TH AT MAC CHAMPIONSHIPS 10/27/2012 5:03:00 PM (Full Results) WILKES MEN'S CROSS COUNTRY FINISHES 9TH AT MAC CHAMPIONSHIPS DALLAS, PA – The Wilkes University men's cross country team finished ninth overall at the 2012 Middle Atlantic Conference Championship meet Saturday afternoon held on the campus of Misericordia University. The Colonels saw five runners place in the top 60 as 17 schools and 165 total runners participated in the race. Jordan Siddons (Archbald, PA/Valley View) led the way with a time of 29:35, good for ninth best all-time in school history finishing 50th overall. Forest Hawkins (Ashley, PA/Hanover) followed at 29:40, grabbing the 10th fastest time in program history while finishing 53rd overall in the race. Tyler Sutton (Wyalusing, PA/Wyalusing Valley) came in at 29:45 for 55th place, while Dan Lykens secured 56th place with a time of 29:46. Tim Jurkowski (Honesdale, PA/Honesdale) (29:50/58th), James Chmiola (Wilkes-Barre, PA/Coughlin) (30:26/67th), and Matt Buono (30:26/68th rounded out the Wilkes scorers in the 8k event.
