In doubles play, the squad of Melanie Nolt (Manheim, PA/Manheim Central) and Katie Lynn (Berwick, PA/Berwick) took their lone match of the day by the score of 8-0. Ana English and Ally Kristofco (Hollidaysburg, PA/Bishop Guilfoyle) scored a win on a withdraw, while Amanda Holyk (Scranton, PA/Scranton Prep) and Cayleah Markulics (Nazareth, PA/Nazareth) collected an 8-1 victory. Nolt, Lynn, and Holyk all were singles winners for the Lady Colonels on the day. Nolt claimed a 6-3, 6-4 win while Lynn captured her match by scores of 3-6, 6-4, 10-4. Holyk won in straight sets 6-2, 6-0. Wilkes returns to the court Saturday and Sunday hosting the Middle Atlantic Conference Individual championships at the Ralston Athletic Complex.
