Wilkes recently fell at Eastern 42-57. They are led by Elena Stambone (Jessup, PA/Valley View)'s 19.5 point per-game average while Megan Kazmerski (Kingston, PA/Holy Redeemer) and Chelsea Brown (Garnet Valley, PA/Garnet Valley) average 11.1 and 8.5 points per-contest. Ellen Rich (Hamden, CT/Hamden Hall) leads the frontcourt with 7.4 boards per-game and Amanda Pawlowski (Nanticoke, PA/Holy Redeemer) is dishing 2.9 assists per-contest. Delaware Valley comes into the game with a 7-11 overall record going 1-6 in Freedom play. They recently fell to FDU-Florham 62-71. They are led by Eireann Anastasi who is averaging 14.5 points per-game while Emily Soper is averaging 13 points and 10.4 rebounds per-contest. On the men's side, the Colonels stand at 7-10 overall and 0-7 in conference play. Last time out, they fell at Eastern 65-68. Leading scorer junior Chris Shovlin (Kingston, PA/G.A.R.) (23.5 points per-game) is likely to miss playing time due to injury. Tyler Breznitsky (Freeland, PA/MMI Prep) is contributing 11.9 points per-contest while Pat Furst (Jamison, PA/Central Bucks West) adds 7.6 points per-game. Brendan Sheldon (Milford, PA/Delaware Valley) leads the frontcourt with 5.5 rebounds per-outing while Breznitsky dishes 2.6 assists per-game. Delaware Valley comes into the matchup with an 11-7 overall record going 5-2 in Freedom play. They bested FDU-Florham 70-53 their last time out. The Aggies are led offensively by Jeremy Beckett's double-double average of 16.5 points and 11.2 rebounds per-game. Daulton Derr follows with 13.9 points and 4.5 rebounds per-contest. The Wilkes University student government will be distributing free t-shirts during the games. As a reminder, both games have been moved up an hour because it is 'Hall of Fame' weekend. That ceremony will take place at 5:00 p.m. after the men's game is finished. After Saturday's games, the Lady Colonels will host Keystone College Monday night at 7:00 p.m. Following Monday's non-conference tilt, both teams will square off with Misericordia on Wednesday.
