Wilkes falls to 13-2 overall on the year, while NYU improves to 5-4. Wilkes No. 2 and No. 3 doubles teams of Kristofco/English and Holyk/Hewison recorded wins for the Lady Colonels to take a 2-1 lead heading into singles play. From there, NYU captured four of the six singles flights to seal the 5-4 victory. Melanie Nolt (Manheim, PA/Manheim Central) was a straight set 6-2, 6-4 winner at No. 1 while Amanda Holyk (Scranton, PA/Scranton Prep) scored a 6-3, 6-1 victory at No. 4 to account for the two Wilkes singles wins.
