WILLIAMSPORT, PA – The Wilkes University tennis teamed remained unbeaten on the year posting a pair of 9-0 wins Sunday afternoon in non-conference action. The Lady Colonels blanked Lycoming College 9-0 before traveling the short ride to Penn College for the 9-0 victory.

Wilkes improves to 4-0 on the young season following the decisions.

Wilkes used three straight set wins over Lycoming in singles play as Ally Kristofco (Hollidaysburg, PA/Bishop Guilfoyle) (No. 1), Ashli Livermore (Altoona, PA/Altoona) (No. 2), and Gabrielle Dubruille (Ocean View, NJ/Ocean City) (No. 4) all took 6-0, 6-0 decisions.

In the win over Penn College, Wilkes went deep into its lineup as Kendra Croker (Old Forge, PA/Scranton Prep) and Amanda Rossi (Fogelsville, PA/Parkland) went 6-0, 6-0 in No. 1 and No. 2 singles positions respectively.

Wilkes returns to the court Friday hosting the University of Scranton at 3:30 p.m. at the Ralston Athletic Complex.
