Box Score 3 Wilkes Men's and Women's Tennis Fall at Lafayette, Women Suffer Setback Against New Paltz
EASTON, PA – The Wilkes University men's and women's tennis teams played a trio of matches Saturday as the Colonels traveled to Division I Lafayette College for morning dual matches before the Wilkes women's team hosted SUNY New Paltz at TK Academy later in the afternoon.
The Wilkes men fell 6-1 against Lafayette while the women lost 7-0. New Paltz then took the nightcap match 8-1 against the Colonel women.
Both teams will return to action Tuesday when they open MAC Freedom play at cross-town rival King's College starting at 3:30 p.m. at Kirby Park courts.
