ELIZABETHTOWN, PA — The Wilkes University men's cross country team finished in sixth place at the 2024 Landmark Conference Championships hosted by Elizabethtown College Saturday afternoon.

The Colonels finished with 178 team points at the race. Moravian University ran away with the team title finishing with 15 team points. Elizabethtow claimed second with 67 points while Susquehanna University finished third with 99 points.

Jack Thompson (Hatboro, PA/Hatboro-Horsham) earned Honorable Mention All-Landmark honors finishing 19th overall with a time of 26:12, just two seconds behind his school record he set two weeks ago.

Aidan Graff (Scranton, PA/Scranton) took home 22nd place with a personal best time of 26:27. Caleb Edwards (Grahamsville, NY/Tri-Valley Central) posted a time of 27:22 for 45th place. Zachary Spurrier (Frederick, MD/Middletown) finished 73rd overall (29:04) and Justin Ashman (Kutztown, PA/Kutztown Area) claimed 106th overall (32:24) to round it he Colonel participants.
