Wilkes Men's Cross Country Finishes Seventh at Lock Haven Invitational
LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The Wilkes men's cross country team competed at the Lock Haven Invitational on Saturday afternoon, placing seventh of eighteen teams at the West Branch Cross Country Course.

The Colonels finished the eight kilometer race with 209 points and three runners inside the top 25.
First year student-athlete
Aidan Graff (Scranton, PA/Scranton) finished at the top of the scoring sheet for the Colonels once again with a time of 26:48.9.
Caleb Edwards (Grahamsville, NY/Tri-Valley Central) finished 20
th with a 27:28.5 with teammate
Jack Thompson (Hatboro, PA/Hatboro-Horsham) right behind in 21
st finishing in 27:29.2.
Connor Anascavage (114
th /30:34.3),
Zachary Spurrier (Frederick, MD/Middletown) (117
th/30:42.9), and
Justin Ashman (Kutztown, PA/Kutztown Area) (154
th/32:44.2) rounded out the event for the Colonels.
Walsh was the top overall team scoring 31 points, while Andrew Bowen of Davis & Elkins was the top individual finisher.
The Colonels return to action on Saturday, October 19 as they travel to Gettysburg to compete in the Aubrey Shenk Invitational at 11:00 a.m.
