MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - Wilkes University senior forward Lucas Lesko (Northampton, PA/Northampton) has been named to the 2026 D3hoops.com All-Region V First Team, as announced on Monday afternoon.

This is Lesko's second-straight appearance on the All-Region Team after being named to the Second Team in 2025.

The Northampton, Pa. native earned his spot on the First Team after another great season on the court. He led the Colonels with averages of 19.0 points per game and 7.4 rebounds per game on 45.0% field goal shooting in the 25 games he played in.  Lesko also led the team in blocks (27), finished third in assists (65), and was sixth on the team in steals (22).

Thanks to Lesko's stellar season, the Colonels finished 18-10 overall and made a run to the Landmark Conference Championship Game. During the tournament, he averaged 22.3 points, 7.0 rebounds, and 4.0 assists per game on 49.1% shooting.

Lesko finishes his Colonel career ranking third in program history in career points (1,723), third in made field goals (637), sixth in career points per game (16.6), sixth in blocks (109), ninth all time in games played (104).

Players were nominated for these awards by the Sports Information Directors at the various schools, and schools and conferences were each contacted multiple times as the season wound down to remind them to make their players eligible. There were 797 players nominated nationwide. The ballot was then made available to a number of SIDs, who voted for a predetermined number of players in their region. 

It's the 25th season D3hoops.com has named All-Region teams.
