Lesko Named to NABC Division III All-District Second Team
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Wilkes University men's basketball senior
Lucas Lesko (Northampton, PA/Northampton) has been selected to the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) Division III All-District Five Second Team, as announced by the organization Tuesday afternoon.
This marks Lesko's second consecutive appearance on the All-District team after also being named to the second team in 2024-25.
The Northampton, Pa. native led the Colonels with averages of 19.0 points per game and 7.4 rebounds per game on 45.0% field goal shooting in the 25 games he played in. Lesko also led the team in blocks (27), finished third in assists (65), and was sixth on the team in steals (22).
Thanks to his stellar season, the Colonels finished 18-10 overall and made a run to the Landmark Conference Championship Game. During the tournament, Lesko averaged 22.3 points, 7.0 rebounds, and 4.0 assists per game on 49.1% shooting.
Lesko finishes his Colonel career ranking third in program history in career points (1,723), third in made field goals (637), sixth in career points per game (16.6), sixth in blocks (109), ninth all time in games played (104).
Over his career, Lesko was named All-Landmark three times, as well as the D3hoops.com All-Region team twice.
All-District honors are voted on by NABC-member coaches across NCAA Division III.
