Dudinyak Named Senior Woman Administrator for Wilkes Athletics
WILKES-BARRE – Wilkes University Athletic Director
Scott Musa has announced that
Camille Dudinyak will serve as the Senior Woman Administrator (SWA) for the department starting the 2026-27 athletic year.
"I'm excited for this new opportunity to serve as a resource and advocate for all student-athletes, coaches, and staff," said Dudinyak. "In this role, I remain dedicated to prioritizing the well-being of our student-athletes, while contributing to the department's initiatives for equity, inclusion, and program excellence," she added.
Dudinyak has served as the athletic trainer at Wilkes for 15 years, being elevated to head athletic trainer in 2024. She is a staff athletic trainer for the Geisinger Health System and oversees all aspects of the athletic training department for the Colonels' 24 varsity sports.
"I am so delighted that Camille will be taking on this expanded role," said Musa. "The coaches and student-athletes unquestionably look to her as a leader and confidant and I have no doubt that she will excel as the SWA. I look forward to her input on the day-to-day aspect of running the department and her continued advocacy for our female student-athletes," he added.
The senior woman administrator is the highest-ranking female in each NCAA athletics department or conference office. The purpose of the SWA designation is to promote meaningful representation of women in the leadership and management of college sports.
