CENTER VALLEY – Diana Wright (Williamstown, N.J./Williamstown) broke a scoreless tie with a goal at the 52 minute mark, while Alyssa Koncelik (East Islip, N.Y./East Islip) added her team-high ninth goal of the year to give the Lady Colonels a 2-0 Freedom Conference win over DeSales. 

           
The win pushed the Lady Colonels to 9-0 this season and marks their sixth shutout of the season. 

           
Wright scored her second goal of the season off a penalty corner, receiving a pass from Brittany Sines (Afton, N.Y./Afton Central) and Amanda Tilley (Coopersburg, Pa./Southern Lehigh). Koncelik's goal was unassisted at the 69 minute mark. 

           
The Lady Colonels out-shot DeSales 15-8 including 6-3 on goal. Wright had a game-high six shots, while DeSales' Amy Pulcini had four total shots and two shots on goal. 

           
Wilkes University will be back in action Thursday when it hosts FDU-Florham at 4 p.m.
