The Aggies jumped out to a 17-7 lead after Kim Vennera hit a jumper with 12:01 to go, but the Lady Colonels used a 19-2 run over the next seven minutes to take the lead. Schneider's second field goal of the game gave Wilkes a 26-19 lead, its largest of the half, with 4:59 to go. Allison Horn (New Tripoli, Pa./Northwestern Lehigh) made a driving layup with 2:50 to go, giving the Lady Colonels a 32-25 advantage, but it would be the last time they would score the rest of the half. The Aggies took advantage, scoring eight-straight points to take a 33-32 halftime lead.

Wilkes was red-hot in the second half, hitting 14-of-26 shots for 54 percent from the field, while Delaware Valley could buy a bucket, making just 8-of-28 shots for just over 28 percent.
