The season tips off at the Marts Center on Thursday, November 5 as the Colonels host Misericordia University. The Colonels will play five of six on home court to start the year, continuing against Centenary University on Nov. 11. The lone road game of the stretch comes on Nov. 14, as the Colonels travel to Brooklyn, N.Y. for a first-time meeting with the Pratt Institute, before returning home to open Landmark Conference play against Lycoming College on Nov. 18 for a 7:00 p.m. clash with the Warriors. Early-season conference play then continues as the Colonels host Moravian University on Nov. 21, before closing the homestand against cross-town rivals King's College on Nov. 24.
Wilkes returns to conference play to open the month of December, traveling to Susquehanna University on Dec. 2 for a mid-week contest with the River Hawks. The last home game of 2026 comes on Dec. 5 as the navy and gold welcome Catholic University to the Marts Center for a 2:00 p.m. matchup, before closing the calendar year with road games against Penn State Harrisburg (Dec. 12) and Penn State Altoona (Dec. 30).
2027 kicks off at home as the Colonels host Eastern University on January 2 in the team's final non-conference matchup of the season. The team returns to Landmark play with a three-game road trip, beginning at Juniata College on Jan. 6 at 6:00 p.m., and continuing with a visit to Elizabethtown College on Jan. 9. The trip closes on Jan. 13, as the Colonels head to Drew University for a 7:00 p.m. meeting with the Rangers.
The Colonels get a one-game reprieve at home against Goucher College on Jan. 16 before returning to the road for four-straight away contests. This road stand starts not far from home, as Wilkes makes the short drive up I-81 to face the University of Scranton on Jan. 20. The trip continues for the second round through Landmark play, as the Colonels then face Moravian (Jan. 23) and Lycoming (Jan. 27) before closing the stretch in the Nation's Capital as they face Catholic on Jan. 30.
In turn, that road trip makes way for five-straight home contests for the Colonels, beginning against Susquehanna on February 3 at 7:00 p.m. The team then hosts Juniata (Feb. 6), Drew (Feb. 10), Elizabethtown (Feb. 13), and Scranton (Feb. 17) in the final home game of the year, before closing the campaign at Goucher on Feb. 20 for a 2:00 p.m. tip off with the Gophers.
