Wilkes Men's Tennis Soars Past Keystone, Marywood 9-0

EDWARDSVILLE – The Wilkes University men's tennis team cruised to a pair of 9-0 shutout wins over Keystone College and Marywood University Sunday afternoon at the Ralston Athletic Complex.

With the wins the Colonels improves to 9-1 overall on the spring season.

Wilkes wasted little time taking care of the 9-0 sweep of the Giants in its first match of the day giving up just two games in singles play in all straight set wins.

It was much of the same in the nightcap against the Pacers as the Colonels allowed just three games in singles play and two in doubles play on way to the easy 9-0 victory.

Wilkes travels to Division II Bloomsburg University Wednesday for a match at 5:30 p.m.
