Wilkes Tennis Teams Remain Perfect in League Play with Wins at Arcadia

GLENSIDE, PA – The Wilkes University men's and women's tennis teams continued their trend of dominance in the Freedom Conference posting a pair of 9-0 victories over host Arcadia University Saturday afternoon.

The Colonel men improve to 15-2 overall while the Lady Colonels move to 14-1 on the year. Both squads are a perfect 5-0 in league matches following the days wins.

In both the men's and women's matches, Wilkes cruised to straight set wins in singles play after going up 3-0 in doubles competition.

The Wilkes men's team will travel to Penn College tomorrow (Sunday) for a non-league match starting at 1:00 p.m. while the Wilkes women host Marywood University Thursday at 5:00 p.m. at the Ralston Athletic Complex.
