Molina Paces Wilkes Men's Cross Country at Inter-Regional Border Battle
LOGAN TOWNSHIP, NJ –
Noah Molina (Scranton, PA/West Scranton) ran the Colonels 11
th fastest time since 2008 as the Wilkes University men's cross country team placed 41
st of 42 teams Saturday at the Inter-Regional Border Battle hosted by Rowan University at the Gloucester County DREAM Park.

Molina paced the eight Colonel runners on the 8k course with a career best 27:55.4. The sophomore placed 259
th of 400 runners.
The five scoring runners for Wilkes earned 1,266 points. Johns Hopkins scored 80 points to take home the team championship.
John Zick (Middletown, NY/John S. Burke) ran a career best time of 29:08.9 and finished 324
th.
Alan Sebastianelli (Archbald, PA/Valley View) followed with his career best time of 29:14.2 to place 330
th.
Seth Boyce (Hamburg, PA/Hamburg) finished in 29:35.7 in 350
th and
Kevin Long (Goshen, NY/Goshen) completed the course in a season best time of 29:48.9 in 355
th.
Rounding out the Colonel runners were
Kevin Singhel (Athens, PA/Athens Area) (373
rd, 30:36.3),
Dylan Corriere (Easton, PA/Wilson Area) (385
th, 31:18.7) and
Jason Montemuro (Jim Thorpe, PA/Jim Thorpe) (386
th, 31:26.0). Corriere's time was a career best while Montemuro's was his best time this season.
The Colonels return to the course Friday, October 19 at the LVC Last Chance Run Fast at 5:15 p.m. in Annville, Pa.
