Wilkes Men's Cross Country Completes Season Opening Misericordia Invitational in Fifth
Dallas, PA – The Wilkes University men's cross country team began the 2018 season Friday evening by placing fifth of seven teams at the Misericordia Invitational.
Results
Eighty runners took part in the 5k race to start the season before the men run the normal 8k championship distance at future events. Four freshman Colonels accounted for all but one of the five scoring runners for Wilkes as the team combined for 142 points.
Lebanon Valley was the team champion with 27 points.
