Established itself as one of the elite teams in the country with perfect dual meet season at 11-0…average dual meet score was 25 against the opponent’s 6…claimed MAC title…finished fourth in the inaugural NAIA National Tournament…led by Marv Antinnes, who was a NAIA National Champion at 177 pounds…Bob Herman and Brooke Yeager finished third and fourth at the NAIA Tournament at 190 and 123 pounds, respectively…the squad had five members who captured at least one individual MAC championship throughout their career…coached by Hall of Famer John Reese.
