Four year member of wrestling team from 1975-1979…one of only six Wilkes wrestlers to capture an Eastern Intercollegiate Wrestling Association (EIWA) crown, winning the title as a senior in 1979 by defeating Jay Croddock of Columbia 14-4 in finals…fourth place finisher his sophomore and junior years at same event…two year captain in 1978 and 1979 teams that competed at Division I level…led Colonels to overall record of 57-19 during his career, including a 17-4 record his senior campaign, leading the team to a second place finish at the EIWAs…secured three takedowns in the last 30 seconds to win and lead Wilkes over Syracuse 18-17 in the 1977-78 season.
