Pioneer of women’s athletics at Wilkes during early and mid 1960s…excelled in basketball and field hockey…four year letter winner in basketball…was leader on a program that began just one year before her arrival in 1961…earned three varsity letters in field hockey and served as team captain…won the Wilkes Women’s Athlete of the Year in 1965…was the Letterwomen’s scholarship recipient in 1963…served as first president of Letterwomen’s Club in 1963 and 1964.
