Standout wrestler in early 1960s…had career dual match record of 29-4…MAC champion at 123 pounds as sophomore and named Outstanding Wrestler of the tournament…finished fourth in NAIA Championships as freshman…finished second in NCAA College Division Championships as senior…after graduating, continued wrestling career for eight years with the New York Athletic Club…won Eastern AAU’s twice and competed in the AAU National Tournament twice…started wrestling program at LCCC from 1968-1972…became assistant wrestling coach at Wilkes and was part of 1974 National Champion squad.
