The programs' all-time winningest coach, Leicht amassed a combined record of 492-109 (.818 winning percentage) including 23 combined conference titles and NCAA Tournament appearances during his 16 seasons.

During his time as the men's coach, Leicht finished with a 249-63 overall dual match record, posting 16 or more wins the past five seasons. Leicht coached 60 all-conference selections, including six rookies of the year and six players of the year. He also mentored 47 singles champions at the Middle Atlantic Conference individual tournament, while 28 doubles pairings took home titles. For the team's success, Leicht was named conference coach of the year ten times.

As the coach of the women's squad, Leicht finished with a 243-46 overall dual match record, scoring at least 15 victories in each of his final twelve seasons. He coached 59 All-MAC Freedom performers while placing at least four on the first or second teams nine times.

He also coached five conference rookies of the year, 10 players of the year, and won 10 coach of the year awards. 53 individuals and 30 doubles teams captured titles at the MAC championships under Leicht.
